Legacy gets talked about in terms of your own future and sometimes the next generation or two after you.

But no one talks about 10 generations down from you.

Think about that for a moment!

What will your great-10X-grandkids be facing in their lifetime? How will they be able to look back to you as an agent of change?

And I’m not just speaking in terms of money. As I like to say, “Money isn’t real…but it is an agent in the exchange of value.” Money is only an instrument, and it can be used for good or for ill.

Notably the Zulu culture counts 10 generations back on their fingers to remember the past, and to establish the clan’s validity.

In the US, we are not clan-based or tribal. But we do like to trace our genealogical ancestry.
